TMF Group, a leading provider of high value Global Business Services to clients operating and investing internationally, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sue Lawrence as Managing Director for the UK.
Sue takes over from Michael Adams, who now takes on the role of Global Head of Structured Finance Services on a permanent basis.
Sue joins TMF Group following an eight-year career with Capita, where she was a Managing Director in the Asset Services Division. Before joining Capita, Sue held a variety of roles with the Bank of New York and BNP Paribas Securities Services as well as a number of other global financial institutions. During her career, Sue has developed particular expertise within financial markets, including funding structures, secured financing, debt capital markets and securitisations.
Sue has a keen interest in corporate governance, is a qualified Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
At TMF Group, Sue’s primary role will be to lead and further develop the professional services currently offered to clients from offices in London, Luton and Brighton.
