The new online application process enables clients to appoint TMF Group as their UK process agent 24/7, 365 days of the year.
Within minutes of clicking ‘submit’ on their process agent form, applicants are notified about whether their application has been successful. All signatory approvals to appointment are obtained online, reducing the need to circulate documentation.
TMF Group operates an established process agent administration service for clients who have entered into legal agreements in a foreign jurisdiction, and need to appoint a local agent to accept service of process. Our appointment as process agent covers service or documents relating to contracts, transaction documents, ISDA agreements and structured finance documentation.
