Melissa is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and has almost 18 years’ experience in the company secretarial industry and Corporate Governance matters. She joined the TMF Group team in November 2017 in the Company Secretarial Services division in UK. She has become a leading expert in the field of company formation, registration and incorporation as well as overseeing several aspects of organisations including governance, financial polies, and corporate administrative duties helping companies to comply with financial and legal requirements. Currently part of the Global Solution Team with TMF Group supporting international clients and local offices by establishing proper governance structures, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
