As Managing Director with TMF, Elian provides strategic leadership for the business and finance functions. Elian has more than 15 years of experience spanning in finance, project management, financial services, oil and bunkering, insurance, retail, security and resources, pharmaceutical as well as the travel industry. He is highly collaborative across all functions and able to support the different organs operating within a company. Elian is an ACCA graduate and a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Elian also holds a Masters degree in Financial Services, and a warrant to practice the profession as an accountant in Malta.
