- The annual implementation plan of statistical Activities for Croatia in 2015
Official Gazette no. 21/24.02.2015.
Based on the Official Statistics Act (Official Gazette no. 103/03, 75/09 and 59/12), Croatian Bureau of Statistics in cooperation with other holders of official statistics develops the draft proposal of the annual implementation plan of statistical activities for Croatia. Annual implementation plan shall be prepared for each year to which the programme of statistical activities for Croatia is referred to. The program is based on the user's needs, but also on the EU requirements that are listed in the document Statistical Requirements Compendium. In order to ensure compliance of the Croatian official statistics with European requirements, the Annual implementation plan for 2015 applied the same Compendium structure as in Programme of Croatian statistical activities in 2013-2017.

- Regulation on the contents of payroll calculation, benefits or severance pay
Official Gazette no. 32/20.03.2015.
This Regulation prescribes content of paid off payroll calculation and benefits, content of payroll calculation and benefits which the employer was obligated to pay, if they are not paid on the due date, content of calculation of paid off severance pay and content of calculation of severance pay which the employer was obligated to pay, if it is not paid on due date. Regulation entered into force on March 28th 2015.
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the contents of payroll calculation, benefits or severance pay (Official Gazette no. 120/12) ceased to exist.
Employers are required to align the contents of documents on salary and severance pay with the Regulation until July 1st 2015.
- Rules of procedure of delivery and method of keeping records of collective agreements
Official Gazette no.32/20.03.2015.
This Rulebook prescribes procedure of delivery of collective agreements or their changes to the competent state bodies and method of conduct of archive of the collective agreements and their changes. Rulebook entered into force on March 28th 2015.
- Regulations on electronic record data related to labor relations
Official Gazette no.32/20.03.2015.
This Rulebook prescribes content of electronic record data, correction of electronically stored data, issuance of electronic data, exchange of the data between public bodies and conduct of electronical data archive. Rulebook entered into force on March 28th 2015.
On the effective date of this Rulebook, the Rulebook on electronic record data related to labor relations (Official Gazette no. 79/13) ceased to exist.
- Regulation on the content and method of keeping records of employees
Official Gazette no.32/20.03.2015.
This Regulation prescribes content and method of keeping records of employees, if the other regulation does not prescribe otherwise. Regulation entered into force on March 28th 2015.
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the content and method of keeping records of employees (NN 37/11) ceased to exist.
- Law on amendments to the Law on pension insurance
Official Gazette no. 33/24.03.2015.
Law on amendments to the Law on pension insurance adjusted the process of expertise in pension insurance with the Law on professional rehabilitation and employment of disabled person act and with the Act on unique body of expertise so that the responsibility for the expertise of working ability and physical impairment is transferred to the Department of expertise, professional rehabilitation and employment of persons with disabilities. The amendments entered into force on April 1st 2015.
- Law on Amendments to the Law on Inheritance
Official Gazette no. 33/24.03.2015.
Amendments to the Law on Inheritance bring harmonization to the process of assigning probate cases to public notaries with a new network of municipal courts and their field of competence. Changes of the Inheritance Act entered into force on April 1st 2015.
