Aileen is responsible for the growth and operations of the HR & Payroll business at TMF Singapore. She joined TMF Group in 2017 through the acquisition of the company she founded, Virtual HR Pte Ltd. Prior to TMF Group and her years running Virtual HR, Aileen spent about a decade as a HR professional in the technology and luxury brand retail industries. Aileen works with clients to provide commercially viable solutions to their HR needs, and helps clients to achieve productivity and desired business outcomes through various HR solutions.
Aileen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and has held Board of Director appointments for non-profit organisations and charities in Singapore.
